Duck and Waffle
What a wonderful way to start a Wednesday, with breakfast at Duck and Waffle.
I chose the wonderfully decadent Duck Egg En Cocotte, including baked wild mushrooms, gruyere cheese and truffle. I also got some soldiers for good measure on the side.
