Met Gala

So who rocked the red carpet and who should have stayed at home. Here's a mini round up of my favs

However some stars didn't get it quite right - Beyonce, Kristen Stewart and Alexa Chung all chose garish pieces - less is definitely more.

The final outfit I'm in two minds about is Gwyneth's - to me the Met Gala is all about elegance, floor length gowns and delicate jewellery. Gwyneth's body is hot to trot but I just can't help but think her dress is a little too short. 

Rain Rain Rain

So I think this weather can quite frankly go away.

The rain is set to stay until June!!! This is a disaster for my attempt on SS12 wardrobe. So I've decided to embrace practical fashion.

These boots by Ilse Jacobsen are a great example of a way of looking cool and yet also ridiculously practical.  They come in every colour too  - me loves. And if there good enough for Alexa, well, you know...
